Zofia Neugebauer releases with “Il Vento Non Scritto” her Berlin Classics debut album, on which she presents Mozart’s Flute Concertos and two Cadenzas, newly written by herself. For the recording she is accompanied by the Folkwang Chamber Orchestra Essen, directed by Johannes Klumpp.
Zofia Neugebauer is a flutist, born Poland. She attended the Karol Szymanowski Specialized Music School in Wrocław and studied at Music Academy in Basel, which was interrupted when she was a member of the Karajan Academy of the Berlin Philharmonic (2017 to 2019). She played as principal flutist with the Lucerne Symphony Orchestra, the Basel Symphony Orchestra & performs regularly as soloist with orchestras such as the Gürzenich Orchestra, the Camerata Zurich or the Verbier Festival Orchestra.
